一．目的purpose：
为正确使用仪器，避免因不当使用导致仪器损坏，确保仪器使用寿命及测试准确度。

二．范围Range：
用于进料、制程、出货阶段之( 原物料、辅材、半成品、成品等 )环境有害物质检测分析。
For feed, process, ship stage (raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products such as auxiliary, environmental hazardous substances testing analysis).
三．权责Responsibilities：
3.1. 仪校人员负责操作指导书制定。

3.2. 测试人员负责仪器保养与维护。

3.3. 测试人员必须为接受过相关仪器操作培训合格之品保课人员。

四．仪器开机与关机顺序Instrument boot and shutdown sequence:
4.1. 开机顺序: 开稳压电源开测试仪(绿灯亮) 开电脑主机打开测试程序软件。

五．指示灯说明Indicator description：
5.1. 绿灯-[电源指示灯] ：打开仪器电源此灯亮。

六．操作流程Operation process：
6.1. 每次开机时,首先需对仪器进行预热30分钟,具体预热步骤如下：

6.2. 每次开机后或（仪器测试程序软件关闭后再打开）需测量产品前，必须先用纯银校正片作初始化校正，在此动作顺利通过情况下，方能继续下一步操作。具体初始化步骤如下：

6.3. 样品测试操作步骤如下：

]，按系统提示输入样品信息后，点击[OK]后测试开始，运行指示黄灯亮, 若需停止
测试，点击工具栏停止键[]即可，测试完成黄灯自动熄灭。（样品细微时放入测试杯中再进行测试，测试运行中可点击[谱图]查看测试状况）
6.3.3 test:the measured object in test bench, click on the [sample] view objects, adjust the object position, until the show clearly the sample surface.Click on the toolbar to start

indicating light, if it is necessary to stop the test, click the toolbar button stop [], test complete yellow lamp is automatically extinguished.(fine when placed in the test sample cup for testing, test run can click [spectrum] view test status)
若无需保存只打印测试报告，测试完成后点击（分析报告打印）即可。
If no need to save the only print test reports, after the test is completed click (analysis report print)
6.4. 仪器校正：选择绿色塑胶校正片（ERM -EC681K）按6.3内容执行，测试完成查看测试报告并对照校正片标准值，容许偏差在±10PPM左右，若偏差过大，需联系仪器生产厂商进行处理。

七．注意事项Matters needing attention:：
7.1测试工作台及仪器保持洁净，如有杂物灰尘可用干软布或酒精棉球擦拭干净。

7.2测试物件放置工作台时注意不可使尘粒掉入其中，以防污染工作台窗口导致测量不准确。

7.3测试物件放置时需轻拿轻放，以免工作台窗口薄膜破损，样品掉入仪器内损坏仪器。

7.4短时间不使用仪器，勿须关掉仪器电源，以免重新打开电源又须进行仪器预热。

7.5开机后长时间（2-3小时）未使用仪器时，若需做测试须进行初始化。

7.6测试数据疑不准确时，可重新测试并适当延长测试时间，提高仪器分析准确性。

7.8样品细微未满足测试要求份量、软件界面[记数率]未达到1000-8000时，可适当延长测试时间。

7.9工作室应保持室内温度在20±5°为宜，相对湿度在70%以下为佳，保持工作室干净。

7.10勿频繁开关仪器，否则电流容易冲击硬件设施，雷电天气应关闭仪器。
